Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan is one actor who stands by his producers and directors in need. This time veteran Producer Vinay Sinha approached the actor to work with him. It has been heard that the veteran producer has been going through a bad patch and when he approached Salman to do a film with him, the actor immediately agreed.

Salman met the producer and they had lengthy discussions as to the script of the movie. Finally they both settled on the sequel of their 90’s hit Andaaz Apna Apna. The film starred Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Karishma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon in the lead and was directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.

Since Salman and Aamir have taken their relationship forward and have been bonding together of late, they have shown interest in working together too. Hence producer Sinha now plans to approach director Rajkumar Santoshi and Aamir Khan for the remake. Producer Sinha says “Yes I approached Salman and he agreed immediately. I was touched by his gesture. I plan to approach Rajkumar Santoshi and Aamir now. Hope everything works out fine.”

The producer further adds that “in case things do not work out with Rajkumar Santoshi and Aamir Khan, I will have to rework on the project and approach other directors and actors for the same. But for the time being I have only Salman and Aamir on my mind.”

And he have not yet decided any actresses in the Andaz Apna Apna Sequel, lets see who will be the actresses in the film, i guess Zareen Khan and Katrina Kaif what you think who will be the actresses in the film???

Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan had a special screening for close buddy Aamir Khan who flew off to Los Angeles for the screening of his home production Peepli Live at the Sundance film festival -- and even advised him about Veer.

Says a source close to Salman, "Aamir was flying off to LA on Wednesday night so Salman kept a screening only for him at Ketnav in the afternoon. There was no way that Salman was going to let Veer release without asking Aamir what he thought about it since Aamir is known to have a keen sense of scripts and commercial cinema.

Today Aamir's opinion on films is valued by everyone in the film industry. After watching Veer, Aamir told Salman that though he loved the film he wouldn't have been able to do a film of this scale and magnitude. Veer wasn't his kind of film as it was commercial and larger-than-life with its massy, dramatic scenes and fights."

That wasn't all. The source informs, "As Aamir had to leave in a hurry because he had another event to attend, he called up Salman later and spoke to him for half an hour on Veer. Aamir told him the aspect he loved particularly in Veer like the father-son relationship. Aamir felt that the relationship was autobiographical as Salman had inculcated several aspects of his own life. When Salman told him Veer was inspired by the Russian novel Taras Bulba, Aamir appeared to be impressed."

Aamir also told Salman to write more scripts and stories. "He felt that Salman was a writer who had a fine sense of storytelling. Aamir thought that what came across that Salman loved writing and he should write more especially on topics that inspired him."

Looks like Salman Khan and Aamir Khan’s dosti is going to soon be a part of Bollywood’s legendary tales.

The actors aren’t just lavish with their praise and compliments for each other, but their gestures speak a lot about the equation they share. Though Salman couldn’t attend the special screening of his forthcoming film Eros International’s Veer due to prior commitments, buddy Aamir made it a point to watch the movie. Not just Aamir, but his wife Kiran Rao was also spotted at the screening and brother Faisal Khan, too, put in a rare appearance. Salman’s sister Alvira along with hubby Atul Agnihotri were also present. Katrina Kaif, dressed in casual clothes, seemed to be in a mood to relax.

Producer Vijay Galani and director Anil Sharma were excited about having Salman’s near and dear ones watching the movie. Also spotted at the event was Sonakshi Sinha, Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter, who’ll soon be making her debut opposite Salman in a movie.

It was the big moment everybody was waiting for. The three Khans were at the same place and yet not together.

A friendly reunion was certainly not on their minds. "I have not come here to make friendship," said Shah Rukh.

But he added that he had no issues. "I have no issues with anybody," said Shah Rukh.

And when asked about the possibility of seeing the three Khans together in a film, he said: "If we all have the dates and we all like the same story, maybe yes, maybe not."

Sources close to Aamir Khan say that the versatile Khan personally telephoned Shah Rukh Khan, his toughest competitor in the tinsel town, to be present on the occasion and King Khan, generous as usual, confirmed his presence at the theatre for Aamir Khan’s magnum opus. Salman Khan, who has been closely bonding with Aamir Khan, too, gave his consent about his presence at tomorrow’s grand event.

To make the premiere one of the most memorable events, even Shehanshah of bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan, has agreed to Aamir Khan’s entreaty and will be registering his larger than life presence at the premiere of the flick tomorrow. The flick also has sizzling hot Kareena Kapoor, suave Sharman Joshi and R Madhavan playing pivotal roles in the film.

The industry is awaiting with bated breath the mega event being organized for Aamir Khan’s ‘3 Idiots’ tomorrow. The gathering will be not only large but also include the three Big Khans of bollywood under the same roof for the first time.

Sources say that given the past rivalry between Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, the premiere might also see some crackling remarks from the Badshah’s side on the occasion. Though King Khan is not expected to spoil the party but he may go for a friendly dig at Aamir Khan’s reputation of being perfectionist and at the same time being one of the idiots in the flick.

In fact, the insecurity game has already begun and Aamir Khan’s filmmakers have decided that there will not be any trailer featuring Prakash Jha’s Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Rajneeti’ during the interval of ‘3 Idiots’. Earlier, it had been decided that ‘Rajneeti’’s first look trailer will be unveiled at the time of release of ‘3 Idiots’.

Industry insiders say that it was Aamir Khan who decided against the trailer of ‘Rajneeti’ during the interval of ‘3 Idiots’ as it would have diluted the impression of ‘3 Idiots’. As everybody knows in the industry, Aamir never likes to share limelight with anybody else; the trailer showing was cancelled at the last moment.

In the meantime, Kareena Kapoor, who plays the character of Pia in ‘3 Idiots’, has been advised by the doctors to take complete bed rest. Kareena is suffering from food poisoning and had to cancel her media interaction on Sunday, which was scheduled for the promotion of upcoming ‘3 Idiots’.

‘3 Idiots’ is based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel ‘Five Point Someone’ and directed by Rajkumar Hirani of ‘Munnabhai MBBS’ fame. The flick has been produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and due for a world wide release on December 24. Aamir Khan plays a twenty something engineering student at one of IITs of the country.

Aamir Khan and Salman Khan are spending a lot of time together these days. And Aamir has admitted to his friendship with Salman saying that they spend time together whenever they can.

The duo meets up at night whenever Kiran Rao, Aamir’s wife is away at their weekend home in Panchgani. Aamir sends all his staff home, except his security staff, by 9pm and then meets Salman at night. He parks his car in Salman’s Bandra home and then the two actors go riding on Salman’s bike. They then come back for a round of drinks, either at Salman’s place or at Aamir’s place, if Kiran is away. Aamir, who is currently dieting, binges when he’s drinking with Salman.

Aamir also holds special screenings of his films for Salman. He had held a preview of Ghajini for Sachin Tendulkar and Salman where the latter made some suggestions regarding the movie. The suggestions were taken into consideration.

This time too Aamir will hold a screening of 3 Idiots only for Salman after December 3rd, as Salman will be performing in a show in Dubai with Katrina Kaif, Neha Dhupia, etc. on December 2nd. Who knows maybe one of these days, Salman might hold a screening of Veer for Aamir.

Rajkumar Santoshi has finally denied reports of him approaching Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan and Aamir Khan for ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ sequel. In an exclusive chat with Indiatimes Movies,

Santoshi revealed, “I am not really making a sequel of ‘Andaz Apna Apna’. That film had its share of success. I am making a film on the lines of ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ though which is called ‘Adah Apni Apni’. This film too will have four lead characters out of which two are Ranbir and Katrina.”

He further clarified, “Aamir and Salman won’t suit the roles I have in mind so they won’t be a part of this film.”

We wonder who the other jodi is Santoshiji!

Fifteen years after Andaz Apna Apna, close friends Aamir and Salman decide to star together in a film, which they will also produce.

It doesn’t get bigger than this. Salman Khan and Aamir Khan have decided to produce as well as act together in a film. While the script is still being finalised, buzz in trade circles is that the film will be co-produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Salman’s brother Sohail Khan’s production house.

A source says, “Salman and Aamir will have equal footage in the film. The rest of the cast is being finalised and the director will also soon be on board.”

That Salman and Aamir did not see eye to eye in the only film they have done together, Rajkumar Santoshi’s Andaz Apna Apna in 1994 is well-known. But all that is a thing of the past and ever since the two stars started bonding post Ghajini, they had been seriously planning to do a film together.

They were reluctant to act together for an outside banner after all these years as they had reservations whether another banner would do equal justice to them as far as the quality and the length of their roles is concerned.

Many initially thought that Salman and Aamir would again star together in the sequel to Andaz Apna Apna as director Rajkumar Santoshi has been keen on it. However, buzz in trade circles is that Aamir doesn’t want to star in the sequel.

Commenting on the story, Aamir’s official spokesperson says, “There is nothing in the offing right now. His hands are full with 3 Idiots and three films, which are under production. He is not planning any other film right now.”

The upcoming HDIL Couture Week fashion show is turning into a childish show-of-strength of sorts.

While the owner of the company Sunny Dewan is in the inner circle of close friends of both Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan, the people who will walk the ramp for Salman; and for Karan Johar (with show-stopper Shahrukh Khan) will ultimately define kaun kiska dost hai.

Karan, who is launching his own fashion line of men's clothing (Oct 16) has Shahrukh and Gauri, Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan!

Imran is in Karan's next production I Hate Love Stories, and willingly agreed to walk for KJo for his producer, who is designing the line along with Varun Bahl. A source close to Salman says the number of stars walking for his organisation has nothing to do with upstaging SRK's ramp romp, "Salman is keen that the show is a big success for the sake of Being Human.He wants to establish the brand and create awareness for it so people donate money to it.

“Salman has been helping out the poor and needy with operations like open-heart surgeries for the last three years with his own money. Initially, he thought he would sell his paintings to raise money but that didn't work out like he planned."

Imran Khan and Karan Johar remained unavailable for comment.
