Farah Khanand Shahrukh Khanare no longer good friends. Though they claim to be friends, truth is that they are rivals more than friends. Farah Khan’s inclination towards Shahrukh Khan’s enemy is a proof of this. Now-a-days, Farah Khan bonds with Salman Khan.

Their friendship was quite visible at a dance reality show on TV where Farah Khan appeared as a judge and Salman Khan as a special guest. On that show, the camaraderie between the two was seen. On the show, Salman joked about him being the first choice for Farah's directorial ventures, ‘Main Hoon Na’ and ‘Om Shanti Om’ and Farah posed to be serious and she was quick to admit that it was true. Farah then assured Salman to be in both the sequels.

Though it was said in a joke, it did not impress SRK. When media caught King Khan and asked him to comment of Farah-Salman’s latest comment on his films, he preferred to ignore them and did not comment on the issue.

Sources present at the venue narrates, “One look at SRK and you could tell he was miffed. He had been in a good mood, answering all our queries, but just when someone touched upon the Farah-Salman chapter, the smile on Shah Rukh’s face faded.”

It seems the week gone by has been rife with controversies, but there is one man who thinks otherwise and believes that controversies don’t serve any purpose to society. The man in question is none other than Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan who came to the fore in support of Shahrukh Khan for not apologizing to Shiv Sena.

Speaking over the issue Salman Khan said, “I think whatever is happening is really sad. I strongly feel sports and entertainment should not be dragged into politics. Moreover, Shahrukh did what IPL owner would have done.”

He continues, “And as you are seeing, the consequence of politics entering into art is unwarranted. It’s very important for politician to stop doing all this.”

Well said Salman. Moreover, after Bollywood showing solidarity, politician would have got the message that taking potshot at Bollywood would not be easy anymore.

After what happened between Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan and Shahrukh at Katrina Kaif’s birthday bash no one ever thought that they will make up and be on cordial terms ever, but seems like things are on a mend now.

Apparently, Shahrukh is currently in the midst of a controversy over his comments on inclusion of Pakistani players in the IPL (Indian Premier League) cricket matches.

Apparently, Shahrukh refused to retract his statements and that has further irked Shiv Sena. There is high probability that they might create trouble during the screening of his movie ‘My Name is Khan’.

Subsequently, congress party favored Shahrukh Khan and assured him of a peaceful release of the movie, but now even Bollywood is coming out in favor of Shahrukh Khan.

And the man leading the support cause is none other than Superstar Salman Khan who openly cited that Shahrukh Khan had not done any crime by stating so and being an owner of one the IPL teams he had the rights to comment.

Moreover, Salman added that he feels Shahrukh doesn’t owe an apology to Shiv Sena.

Earlier, Shahrukh had said that Salman is a great actor and now Salman Khan is openly supporting Shahrukh Khan during such crises.

This clearly indicates that both actors are in a mood to salvage the bitterness of past. So, can their fans now see them together on screen?

Mumbai: In an interview given to a news channel recently, Shah Rukh Khan literally bared his heart out about the ongoing tussle between him and Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan.

Saying every word with the same conviction as ever, SRK spoke about the kind of relationship, or rather, vibes he shares with Sallu Bhai. On being asked if he would ever patch up with Salman Khan – he simply said, “We have no common ground.”

He went on justifying his statement saying, “Salman is a wonderful guy, I don`t have any issues with him. It’s just that sometimes two good, nice kinds of people, run parallel and parallels don`t meet.”

Many speculate about ego hassles between the stars, but Shah Rukh completely trashed it, saying, that there was never such an issue with him. He said, “I have spent some really good times with him. His family`s always been kind to me and I know deep inside my heart that he`ll never wish me ill like I never wish him ill. We`re happy inour respective places. But sometimes two people who are really fond of each other just don`t get along too well.”

Protesters from Rajput Sena Karni havealso stopped the screening of film midway in a theater in Jaipur and have damaged the theatre properties to show agitation.

While, Salman is harassed by Rajput Sena Karnis, the other Khan, Shahrukh is in no less trouble as his statement over including Pakistani players in IPL teams has brewed trouble with the moral police of Shiv Sena.

Shiv Sena’s news publication ‘Daily Saamana’ claims that Shahrukh has no grief over the lives lost in the 26/11 blasts, which were carried out by terrorist from across the border (Pakistan). Therefore Shiv Sainiks in retaliation to SRK’s statement set fire to the poster of his upcoming film ‘My Name is Khan’ and further threatened theatre owners with the dire consequence of setting the theater ablaze if they screen the film.

Superstar Salman’s movie was already in a pit and this controversy has put a lid on it, while SRK’s film is yet to release and it is only a matter of time to see if this controversy becomes a setback for the film or gives publicity.

The headline seems too hard to believe but this might just turn out to be true. Shahrukh Khan who attended the premiere of Aamir Khan's 3 Idiots might attend the premiere of the movie Veer which stars his sworn enemy Salman Khan. Although Salman had also attend the premiere of 3 Idiots the two warring Khans had avoided each other at the event.

A lot has changed in the last few days and the Shahrukh and Salman seem to be inching towards a dignified truce. Salman had extended the olive branch by calling up My Name Is Khan director and giving his feedback on the trailer of the movie staring Shahrukh. King Khan returned the gesture by saying that Veer was one movie he was eagerly waiting for.

Now as Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan does the final bit of promotion for his period movie it would be a great idea to invite Shahrukh Khan for the premiere. Karan added that he had worked with Salman in his first movie Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and has great amount of respect for Salman and his family.

Shahrukh Khan on the other hand isn't someone to be left behind. He returned Salman's gesture by praising Veer and saying that it was one of the films he was looking forward to seeing this year. Now that is enough indication that the two stars have become tired of their strained relationship which had started at Katrina Kaif's birthday bash in 2008. Their feud had threatened to divide the Bollywood into two camps. Since then the two stars have avoided each other at public functions and not stopped short of taking digs at each other.

The start of a new year seems to have brought in some fresh hope for reconciliation between the two giants of Bollywood. If Salman and Shahrukh shake hands again this will certainly be the patch up of the decade for Bollywood.

As fate would have it, the affable Karan Johar got to direct two Khans on one day. During the earlier part of the evening he did a photoshoot with the Badshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.

Later the same night he shot with Salman Khan for a television show. Everyone knows that there is no love lost between SRK and Sallu. And, there never may be. However, just like Gauri Khan still maintains very good equations with some members of Salman’s family, KJo and Sallu too get along well. A source says Karan and Salman even chat with each other over the phone occasionally. Perhaps then some day SRK and Sallu may iron out their differences. Who is to tell?

According to the buzz, Shirish Kunder, husband of Farah Khan who is almost family to SRK, is roping in Salman Khan for his next film after he’s through with ‘Alien Sahib’ with John Abraham.

Earlier, SRK got the humungous snub from the hubby-wife duo when Akshay Kumar was roped in for their ambitious project Tees Maar Khan to be directed by Farah. Now, the duo has rubbed salt to SRK’s wound by finalizing his arch foe Salman for the next project.

Reports say Shirish and Farah were guests at Salman’s birthday bash a few days back at the actor’s Panvel farm house where the trio discussed the project. Salman is learnt to have given his nod.

Shirish, it seems, has some aversion towards working with SRK. Having directed both Akshay and Bollywood Superstar Salman in his super-turkey Jaaneman, the editor-director is choosing to work with them again instead of SRK, who is Farah’s favourite.

It remains to be seen how SRK responds to this snub.

It was the big moment everybody was waiting for. The three Khans were at the same place and yet not together.

Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan were in attendance for the premiere of Aamir Khan-starrer 3 Idiots. But despite being present for the same event, Shah Rukh and Superstar Salman managed to give each other a slip.

A friendly reunion was certainly not on their minds. "I have not come here to make friendship," said Shah Rukh.

But he added that he had no issues. "I have no issues with anybody," said Shah Rukh.

And when asked about the possibility of seeing the three Khans together in a film, he said: "If we all have the dates and we all like the same story, maybe yes, maybe not."

Heard this?? Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, who are considered to be the biggest icons of bollywood, will be attending the premiere of Rajkumar Hirnai’s upcoming flick ‘3 Idiots’ to be held on Wednesday.

Sources close to Aamir Khan say that the versatile Khan personally telephoned Shah Rukh Khan, his toughest competitor in the tinsel town, to be present on the occasion and King Khan, generous as usual, confirmed his presence at the theatre for Aamir Khan’s magnum opus. Salman Khan, who has been closely bonding with Aamir Khan, too, gave his consent about his presence at tomorrow’s grand event.

To make the premiere one of the most memorable events, even Shehanshah of bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan, has agreed to Aamir Khan’s entreaty and will be registering his larger than life presence at the premiere of the flick tomorrow. The flick also has sizzling hot Kareena Kapoor, suave Sharman Joshi and R Madhavan playing pivotal roles in the film.

The industry is awaiting with bated breath the mega event being organized for Aamir Khan’s ‘3 Idiots’ tomorrow. The gathering will be not only large but also include the three Big Khans of bollywood under the same roof for the first time.

Sources say that given the past rivalry between Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, the premiere might also see some crackling remarks from the Badshah’s side on the occasion. Though King Khan is not expected to spoil the party but he may go for a friendly dig at Aamir Khan’s reputation of being perfectionist and at the same time being one of the idiots in the flick.

In fact, the insecurity game has already begun and Aamir Khan’s filmmakers have decided that there will not be any trailer featuring Prakash Jha’s Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Rajneeti’ during the interval of ‘3 Idiots’. Earlier, it had been decided that ‘Rajneeti’’s first look trailer will be unveiled at the time of release of ‘3 Idiots’.

Industry insiders say that it was Aamir Khan who decided against the trailer of ‘Rajneeti’ during the interval of ‘3 Idiots’ as it would have diluted the impression of ‘3 Idiots’. As everybody knows in the industry, Aamir never likes to share limelight with anybody else; the trailer showing was cancelled at the last moment.

In the meantime, Kareena Kapoor, who plays the character of Pia in ‘3 Idiots’, has been advised by the doctors to take complete bed rest. Kareena is suffering from food poisoning and had to cancel her media interaction on Sunday, which was scheduled for the promotion of upcoming ‘3 Idiots’.

‘3 Idiots’ is based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel ‘Five Point Someone’ and directed by Rajkumar Hirani of ‘Munnabhai MBBS’ fame. The flick has been produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and due for a world wide release on December 24. Aamir Khan plays a twenty something engineering student at one of IITs of the country.

Shah Rukh Khan may rule the box office, but when it comes to online fans, rival Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan seems to have given him a beating, at least in saddi Dilli.

Google's year-end list of 'most searched' celebrities on the net in 2009 reveals that Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan stands at No 2 slot when it comes to being most sought after online while SRK stands at No 6. Interestingly, Salman's girlfriend Katrina Kaif tops the list by becoming the most searched celebrity on google, second year in a row.

The forthcoming biggies will include the first look promos of keenly-anticipated movies. While the promos of Rann and Chance Pe Dance have already been unveiled, the first promo of Salman Khan's epic story Veer will be included with the prints of De Dana Dan. That's not all, the first promo of Karan Johar's much-in-news My Name Is Khan will be unveiled with James Cameron's Avatar, which opens globally on December 18.

It must be noted that Fox Star Studios India will distribute My Name Is Khan in India, while Fox Searchlight will distribute the SRK - Kajol starrer in the U.S. and 20th Century Fox will do so in the rest of the world. In fact, Karan was keen to show his close friends the first look of the film last Wednesday at Yash Raj, during an exclusive screening of Kurbaan, "but the promo wasn't ready," Karan remarked. The countdown has begun.

Not many will be aware that filmmaker Raj Kumar Santoshi was about to manage the formidable coup of getting Aamir Khan & Shah Rukh Khan together on the big screen together for the first time in London Dreams. At that point, it was to be titled Rashque ('jealousy' in Urdu), which is the film's underlying sentiment. The two stars are said to have even attended joint narrations.

Both the actors loved the script and wanted to sleep over it before committing themselves. Santoshi is rumoured to have pursued the two superstars relentlessly and even chased alternatives like Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar, before giving up when the casting did not fructify.

As destiny would have it, Salman Khan took London Dreams to filmmaker Vipul A. Shah, who started afresh on the script. The former automatically stepped into Aamir's shoes while Ajay Devgn was roped in by Shah to step into Shah Rukh's. It became another historic coup of sorts as the two stars reunited ten years after featuring together in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's smash hit, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.

The upcoming HDIL Couture Week fashion show is turning into a childish show-of-strength of sorts.

While the owner of the company Sunny Dewan is in the inner circle of close friends of both Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan, the people who will walk the ramp for Salman; and for Karan Johar (with show-stopper Shahrukh Khan) will ultimately define kaun kiska dost hai.


It's interesting that Aamir Khan will be showing off Sallu's designs while nephew Imran Khan will share ramp space with Shahrukh Khan.

Sallu has convinced Saif, Aamir, Sunny Deol, sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar, Govinda and Katrina Kaif to walk the ramp for his organisation Being Human on (October 11). Karan, who is launching his own fashion line of men's clothing (Oct 16) has Shahrukh and Gauri, Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan!

Imran is in Karan's next production I Hate Love Stories, and willingly agreed to walk for KJo for his producer, who is designing the line along with Varun Bahl. A source close to Salman says the number of stars walking for his organisation has nothing to do with upstaging SRK's ramp romp, "Salman is keen that the show is a big success for the sake of Being Human.He wants to establish the brand and create awareness for it so people donate money to it.

“Salman has been helping out the poor and needy with operations like open-heart surgeries for the last three years with his own money. Initially, he thought he would sell his paintings to raise money but that didn't work out like he planned."

Imran Khan and Karan Johar remained unavailable for comment.

Salman's show has a family segment, where Salman's brothers Arbaaz and Sohal will be walking with their respective wives, Malaika and Seema.

We all know how Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan go out of their comfort zones when it comes to promoting their films. Now just recently, the third Khan of the famous Khan trio, Salman also emulated them and went on to promote his Wanted extensively. The result, a super hit. Interestingly, the latest we hear is that Sunny Deol who has always stayed away from lime light has realized the importance of promotions and has promised his producer Subhash Ghai that he will make time for the promotion of Mukta Arts Right Ya Wrong.

Our sources reveal, “Sunny Deol called up Subhash Ghai after watching the rushes of the film recently and promised full co-operation during the release of the film. Well it won’t be surprising if Sunny Deol will be seen bonding with Salman Khan on his reality show Dus Ka Dum, real soon. Salman and Sunny Deol have been friends for a long time. Not only that Salman has been a great fan of Sunny’s father Dharmendra, and respects him a lot too.”

Industry has been divided into two and now the Khans war also reached to a different level. Their rivalry now hit to ramp. Filmmaker Karan Johar has turned designer recently and he announced that his best pals Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Khan will walk the ramp to showcase his designer clothes.

On the other hand, Salman Khan has roped in perfectionist Aamir Khan to walk the ramp for his charity, ‘Being Human’. The show will be a treat to watch for the audience as they would get to see the three Khans on the same platform. The show will be held from October 11-16. At first Aamir was not reluctant to walk the ramp but later said yes to Salman.

Let’s see who will take over the ramp, Shahrukh or Aamir.

The air between Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan seems to be getting cooler. Last week Shahrukh had referred to Salman as his friend while hosting the IIPM Quiz. Now there are signs if their rekindling friendship with Salman's lady love Katrina Kaif starring opposite Shahrukh under the Yash Raj Films banner. The movie will be directed by Aditya Chopra or New York director Kabir Khan.

The film is expected to go on the floors by early next year. This will be the Shahrukh's first movie with the sizzling Katrina Kaif. She remains the only big contemporary name Shahrukh hasn't worked with. YRF had plans to cast Shahrukh and Katrina in a movie for quite some time but the spat between Shahrukh and Salman during Katrina's birthday bash last year had put the project on hold.
